The Challenge
ShipMe is one of Jamaica's leading logistics and package forwarding companies, helping Jamaicans shop from international retailers and receive their packages island-wide. More Dan Creative was brought in through a white label arrangement to handle their social media content. At the time, ShipMe's Instagram presence was built entirely on static graphics. The content was doing a job, but it wasn't building a community, driving conversation, or showing Jamaicans what ShipMe actually looked and felt like as a brand.
Our Strategy
We introduced Reels to ShipMe's content mix, becoming the first team to bring video content to the brand's Instagram. Rather than one-off videos, we built a content funnel designed to educate, entertain, and convert. Staff-fronted Reels explained how shipping works, walked customers through the locker pickup process, highlighted pricing, and addressed common questions in a format that felt personal and trustworthy. We paired this with consistent graphic design that gave the brand a polished, recognisable look across every post. The goal was content that could work on day one and keep working long after.
That last part turned out to be more true than anyone anticipated. The Reels and content systems More Dan built became the foundation ShipMe still runs on. Nearly three years later, the videos are still in rotation, the content funnel is still being implemented, and the evergreen library we created continues to drive awareness and sign-ups for the brand.
The Results

The overall content library accumulated over 500K views across the account. Nearly three years later, the videos are still in rotation, the content funnel is still being implemented, and the evergreen library we created continues to drive awareness and sign-ups for the brand.
