Power company energy, but make it social. We gave Saddle the content presence to match the work they do behind the scenes.
The Challenge
Saddle Energy is a Jamaican solar energy company helping homeowners and businesses cut their electricity bills and move toward renewable power. When More Dan Creative came on board, Saddle Energy's social media presence consisted entirely of static graphics. The content looked decent, but it wasn't doing enough to build trust in a high-consideration industry where customers need to feel confident before spending money on a solar installation.
Our Strategy
We overhauled their content approach from the ground up, introducing video production alongside a refreshed graphic design system. Staff-fronted Reels became the core of the strategy, putting real faces and real expertise in front of the audience. The Operations Director, technicians, and analysts all appeared on camera, covering everything from how solar systems work, to hurricane season tips, to Q&A sessions addressing common buyer concerns. We also produced installation footage, event coverage, and educational series like Energy 101, building a content library that positioned Saddle Energy as the most credible solar voice on Jamaican Instagram. The graphics gave every post a sharp, consistent look that matched the professionalism of the brand.
The Results
The content generated over 1.1 million views across the account. Individual Reels hit 268K, 158K, 75K, and 59K views, with multiple posts crossing 20K and several more in the tens of thousands. The Q&A Reel alone pulled 268K views and 471 interactions, demonstrating exactly the kind of audience trust that converts in a high-ticket industry. Saddle Energy went from a graphics-only presence to one of the most visible solar brands on Jamaican Instagram, with content that educated, built credibility, and moved buyers closer to a decision.
