The Challenge

Jetcon Corporation has been driving Jamaica for 35 years and is the island's exclusive dealer for BAIC Beijing vehicles. They had an active Instagram presence, but the content was inconsistent with no clear strategy behind it. Posts went up without direction, Reels were not a priority, and the account was not working hard enough for a brand of their size and reputation.

Our Strategy

We came in with a clear creative direction and got to work. More Dan handled graphic design and content production, building out a visual identity that matched Jetcon's standing as one of Jamaica's most established car dealerships. We introduced a consistent Reels strategy, putting staff on camera, showcasing vehicles up close, covering the Jamaica Auto Show 2025, and creating formats designed to stop the scroll. From the BAIC rebrand rollout to customer delivery moments, vehicle feature breakdowns, and the Jetcon Tips series, every piece of content had a purpose. The graphics gave the brand a polished, premium look across every post, and the Reels put that brand in front of people who had never considered Jetcon before.

The Results

In about three months, Jetcon's content was reaching numbers that most Jamaican brands never see. A single Reel hit 187K views. Another hit 167K. The "Driving Jamaica for 35 Years" graphic pulled 124K, and the Jamaica Auto Show coverage brought in 126K. In the most recent 30-day period alone, the account generated 1.67 million views and reached 287,370 accounts, with a 2.2% engagement rate, roughly four times the automotive industry average.

Follower growth over the engagement sits at an estimated 23%, bringing the account to 33,000 followers and still climbing. The content turned a well-known but underperforming social presence into one of the most visible dealership accounts in Jamaica.
